GET/templates/:template_id
Returns one template: how it is set up, and the workflows that run it.
A screening template reports how it is run and how many questions it has, never the questions. A two_way
template, a live interview, reports its length, level, persona, topics and languages, never what it asks or how
an answer is scored.
The role this key acts as needs the templates:view permission.
